How do I order?

Fill in the appropriate order form or send an email to tomisdesserts@gmail.com. A response will be sent out within 48 hours.

Do you cater to allergies and dietary requirements?

Eggs gluten and milk are often used in our bakes. Though we do offer allergen safe products, our kitchen handles all named allergens therefore allergen free products cannot be guaranteed. Please do contact us if you have any questions or enquiries before ordering. We do also cater to vegan and halal requests.

How do I pay for my order?

For orders under £50, full payment must be paid before 72 hours to the collection/delivery date.

For orders over £50,  50% booking fee is paid by bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid before 72 hours to the collection/delivery for standard orders and 4 weeks for wedding orders.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will be judged on a case to case basis. Please read the Refund/Return policy in the T&Cs.

How much notice do I need to give?

For wedding order please give at least 3 months notice. For all other events please give at least 4 weeks notice for all standard orders.​ We will try our best to accommodate late orders but space cannot be guaranteed.

I didn't see the flavour or cake design I want on your menu, what do I do?

If you don't see what you'd like on the menu please do get in touch using the contact form and we can discuss the details of your order.

Collection and Delivery

Collection is based in Romford, Essex. The exact address is given on order confirmation.

Delivery cost is based on location. Deliveries past 10 miles will be carried out by trusted couriers. 

All wedding cakes and other cakes 3 tiers or more must be delivered.

Transportation

Upon collection cakes should be placed int he footwell of the vehicle or in the boot. DO NOT place cakes on car seats, these seats are not flat surface. 

Turn on the AC in the vehicle to maintain the cool temperature of the cake and to prevent any damage by heat. In colder weather DO NOT use the heater. 

Avoid harsh braking and drive gently whilst the cake is in the vehicle.

Storage

From collection/delivery cakes should be kept in the original box until use.

If the cake is not being used straight away it should be kept in the fridge in its original box. Bring cake out 1-2 hours before use.

Cakes should be kept out of direct sunlight and be stored away from damp or hot environments.

For optimum taste allow cake to come to room temperature before consuming.

Cake Preservation

Cakes can be preserved by wrapping in cling film and keeping in an air tight container. Cakes can keep in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer for 3 months. 

Summer Orders

There is always a risk of cake buttercream melting in hot weather especially in the summer and early autumn months. Please be sure to follow all advice regarding storage and cake preservation. We can not be liable for cakes that exhibit any melting as we cannot control weather and environments outside of our kitchen.

Do advise venue staff to keep room conditions cool at all times and use of air conditioning if possible.
